I’m spaceholder, energy guide, and bridge between ancient wisdom and modern world, I’ve walked the corporate halls and sat in ceremony under the stars. I’ve studied shamanic traditions, yoga traditions and energy work for over a decade.

But what I know most… is how it feels to be disconnected from your body, your truth, your path—and what it takes to come back.
